Description
This retort is completely fabricated from stainless steel except the anti-luce fasteners and the small lid for the vent, which are both made from galvanised steel. The dimensions are 135cm tall and 77cm in diameter (83cm at the widest point), weighs 124kg and produces around 25kg charcoal per firing depending on the density of the wood and how tightly it is packed. It come with an insulated chimney, a chimney stand (both made from stainless steel), instructions on how to operate the it and I will be available to offer full support with any questions you might have.
